The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging serves to promote a campus culture where the individual's unique presence is valued, experience is respected, and everyone belongs.

We celebrate the intrinsic value of each individual from all ages, disabilities, races, economic status, ethnic backgrounds, genders, religions, sexual orientations, and other diverse perspectives and individual differences. We are committed to respect, inclusiveness, tolerance and sensitivity everywhere within our campus community.

Statement on Microagressions

Rose-Hulman strives to provide an environment free of microaggressions, which are common verbal, behavioral or environmental indignities, whether unintentional or intentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative characterizations and insults to people from marginalized groups.
