Dr. Daniel Chang’s areas of interest include computer architecture, memory systems, 3D integration technology, mobile processors, low-power computing systems and digital system design. He also advises the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) student organization and Magic: The Gathering club.
