Welcome, Class of 2028 and Transfers!

New Student Orientation is designed to welcome all of our incoming first-year, transfer, and international students to the 麻痘精品 community.

WELCOME, CLASS OF 2028 AND TRANSFERS!

Your Rose-Hulman Experience Starts Here!

New Student Orientation is a large and exciting program to welcome all of our incoming first-year and transfer students to the Rose-Hulman community.  You will arrive on campus ahead of returning students, so you have time to get to know us and learn about all the campus resources that are available to you…you will also meet new friends and have A LOT of fun!

New Student Orientation is scheduled to take place from Friday, August 30 through Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

For International Students

New international students should plan to move in on Tuesday, August 27. On that day, we will provide a shuttle service from the Indianapolis Airport (IND). You will attend a special pre-New Student Orientation program called International Transitions, which takes place Wednesday and Thursday, August 28-29. You’ll enjoy programs and activities specific to your needs and experience as an international student before participating in the general New Student Orientation. All international students should complete the arrival information form available on the International Transitions Moodle page. We encourage families to contact global@rose-hulman.edu about any visa, arrival, and International Transitions questions.

For Parents and Families

Because parents and families need orienting too!

Parent and Family Orientation is scheduled to take place starting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 30, and will conclude in the early afternoon on Saturday, August 31.  You will enjoy two days on campus getting to know faculty and staff, meeting other parents, and spending time with your student before they begin their Rose-Hulman Career!
