Our students love to share their time and talents to help make their campus and our larger community a better place. You’ll have many chances to get involved in philanthropic activities at Rose-Hulman.
Here are just a few ways we make a positive difference in people’s lives:
- Our fall Day of Service mobilizes hundreds of students to tackle a variety of projects across the Terre Haute area.
- We help local needy families through Habitat for Humanity.
- Collect and donate more than $54,000 and goods to local organizations.
- During the holiday season, we assemble, inspect and distribute hundreds of bikes for Bikes for Tykes.
- About 10% of the blood donated in this area comes from our students during our quarterly blood drives.
- In the spring, we help refresh campus through beautification projects, and help the local community during Save the Day.
Every year, we provide more than 10,000 hours of service to the community!
