MOST MEMORABLE ROSE-HULMAN PROFESSOR?
I was fortunate to be able to take two biomedical engineering courses with President Sam Hulbert during his last year at Rose-Hulman. His charisma made class fun and his passion for biomaterials and medical device design led me down the path to pursing biomedical engineering in graduate school.
IDEAL WEEKEND?
To take my family to Yellowstone National Park for a couple days to explore the geysers and watch the wildlife.
STAR TREK OR STAR WARS?

WHAT IS THE NERDIEST THING YOU DO?
I love watching Netflix nature documentaries; particularly, the cheesy dramatizations about the world’s biggest, meanest, and deadliest snakes/fish/insects/parasites.
ADVICE TO INCOMING ROSE-HULMAN STUDENTS?
Make time to get involved in the community and build meaningful relationships.
